I’m a pastor, speaker, and creator of prayer resources passionate about inspiring individuals, churches and ministry schools to come alive and live in love with Jesus.
In 2018, I had my first panic attack. Through the help of counsel and prayer, I realized that even though on the outside I looked alive, my heart had died. My anxiety was a wake-up call — and it was actually God’s invitation for my heart to come alive again to His love.
My life changed when I began this journey of learning to love God and be loved by Him, and to sustain this love through the practice of prayer. Now, in addition to my role as a pastor of House Churches and 24-7 Prayer at Grace Midtown Church in Atlanta, GA, I love to inspire others come alive and live in love with Jesus and to equip churches, ministry schools, and leadership teams to cultivate cultures of nonstop prayer in their contexts. I also earned a Master’s of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and I regularly teach as an adjunct professor of biblical interpretation at William Jessup University.
