I’m a pastor, speaker, and creator of prayer resources passionate about awakening hearts to burn alive and in love with Jesus.

My journey in prayer began in 2018 when I started experiencing crippling anxiety and panic attacks. With much counsel, I began to see that even though on the outside I looked alive and successful, my heart was dead. My anxiety was a wake-up call — and it was actually God’s invitation for my heart to come alive again to His love. 

My life changed when I began this journey of learning to love God and be loved by Him and to sustain this love through the practice of prayer. Now, in addition to my role as a pastor of House Churches and 24-7 Prayer at Grace Midtown Church in Atlanta, GA, I love to help awaken hearts to the love of Jesus and to equip churches, ministry schools, and leadership teams to cultivate cultures of burning prayer in their contexts. I also earned a Master’s of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and I regularly teach as an adjunct professor of biblical interpretation at William Jessup University.
