In 2018, I began having panic attacks. I was working in full-time ministry, holding down a side hustle and trying to go to school. My internal capacity did not match my external production.

But then, God broke in. He taught me how to pray and ignited a passion in my. Now, I want to help ignite and sustain the prayer lives of others.
